1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "User," "you") and phy777 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://phy777.cam (the "Platform").

3. You have the full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws applicable to you;
4. You are not a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law;
5. You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by phy777 or any affiliated gaming regulatory body;
6. You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.

phy777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phy777 will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on the phy777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or any other variation of identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phy777 employs technical and procedural controls to detect and prevent duplicate account creation.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration — including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number — is true, accurate, current, and complete. You are required to notify phy777 promptly of any changes to your registered information. phy777 accepts no responsibility for losses arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. phy777 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have formally notified phy777 of a security breach. You agree to notify phy777 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and PAGCOR requirements, phy777 conducts KYC verification on all accounts prior to processing first withdrawal requests. Required documents typically include a valid government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. phy777 may request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phy777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per payment method and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are credited to your phy777 account in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. phy777 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, third-party payment service providers may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment method availability. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving financial institution. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification prior to the first payout.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the phy777 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. phy777 accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposit values.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by phy777 are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this Section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the promotional validity period will result in automatic expiry and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

phy777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from those bonuses where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing hedging bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploiting promotional loopholes, or any other conduct that phy777 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

phy777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion, bonus offer, or reward program at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification will have their existing bonus governed by the terms applicable at the time of claiming, to the extent reasonably practicable.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phy777 Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules before placing wagers. The following general gameplay terms apply across all phy777 games:

• All bets placed and accepted by the phy777 Platform are binding. Once confirmed, a bet may not be cancelled, altered, or withdrawn by the Player;
• In the event of a technical failure, network disconnection, or system error during an active game round, phy777 will resolve the round in accordance with the technical logs recorded at the time of the failure. Where a fair resolution cannot be determined, the bet amount will be returned to the Player's account;
• Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG software to determine outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages published for each game reflect the theoretical long-run average and do not guarantee specific results for individual sessions;
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing, spinning, or rolling actions conducted on camera by professional dealers. No digital manipulation of live dealer outcomes is possible or practised by phy777;
• phy777 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error or as a result of an incorrect price or odds display caused by a technical error or human mistake.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the phy777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant regulatory authorities:

• Registering under a false identity or providing any fraudulent, incomplete, or misleading personal information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with or exploit the Platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in poker or other multiplayer games;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorism financing, or other unlawful financial activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law, including through the use of VPN services or similar tools;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or circumvent any security features of the Platform;
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses phy777 staff or other players.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

phy777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers;
• Instruction or requirement from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, subject to applicable dormant account procedures;
• Self-exclusion request made by the Player under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

Upon account closure, any balance of withdrawable funds (i.e., funds cleared of all applicable wagering requirements and not subject to pending investigations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, net of any applicable fees, within a reasonable timeframe as determined by phy777.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phy777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phy777 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or delays attributable to third-party infrastructure, telecommunications networks, or internet service providers;
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to secure login credentials;
• Inaccuracies in game odds or payouts caused by typographical errors, subject to correction by phy777 within a reasonable time of discovery.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit phy777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the phy777 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall compilation of materials — constitutes the intellectual property of phy777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of phy777.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

phy777's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. The phy777 Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.

phy777 processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Responsible Gaming

phy777 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling. The Platform provides a range of player-controlled responsible gaming tools accessible from within every registered account's settings panel, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending;

phy777 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a complete dispute submission. For disputes involving game outcomes, phy777 will review server-side transaction logs, game records, and dealer footage (where applicable) to reach a determination. phy777's decision on matters of game integrity shall be final and binding, subject to the right of appeal described below.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through phy777's internal process to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may submit the matter for review by the relevant gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phy777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phy777 will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The effective date of the updated Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phy777 Platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
